GreaseWeazle 5.25in Drive External Chassis Kit.
Already have a 5.25in Floppy drive but need a chassis? This kit comes with everything you need. This is the chassis ONLY, pictures with a USB cable/Floppy drive are for demonstration only.
Optional Service: We can assemble a GreaseWeazle 5.25 in drive for you. For this purpose you will need to send us a 5.25in drive. We will fully assemble it and test it, during testing if there are any issues we will report this issue to you during testing/assembly.
Convenient hole for a USB cable and additional power required by the 5.25in drive. The chassis has stands to hold the GreaseWeazle v4 board as well as notched stands to hold a floppy drive without the need for internal screws. External screws can be used to fasten the chassis to the floppy drive.
What is included:
- Stylish 3D printed two-part chassis.
- External power supply to the Floppy drive. This GreaseWeazle DOES NOT supply v12 voltage because of this an external power supply is provided.
- All internal cables: Floppy Power, 34-pin Floppy cable, Purple Power LED (plugs into 5 volt and Ground).
Optional choose your GreaseWeazle board:
- No Board, select this if you already have a board
- GreaseWeazle v4
What is NOT included:
- 5.25in Floppy Disk Drive
- USB cable.
